From emergency shelters and affordable housing to job training and mental health support, we’re here to provide the assistance you need.

EveryMind provides comprehensive case management services, includes providing shelter referrals, conducting housing and needs assessments, facilitating access to entitlements and beneficiary programs, offering advocacy, and delivering education alongside a range of essential resources. Our primary objective is to forge pathways to either shelter or permanent housing solutions for our clients. Please call EveryMind’s Homeless and Housing Support On-Call line at (301) 424-0656 ext. 6562 to self refer. To access our services, clients must meet the following criteria:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Not be accompanied by minors.
  • Be actively living on the streets or unsheltered.
  • Not currently connected to other Homeless Continuum of Care providers.

Eligibility criteria include:

  • Being 18 years or older.
  • Experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness.
  • Having a mental illness, medical impairment, or co-occurring substance use disorder.
