The Montgomery County Continuum of Care and volunteers will be conducting the annual Point-In-Time Street Count to various locations throughout the County over the night of Wednesday, January 24, 2023 at 8 p.m. The focus of the count is to identify people who might be residing on the streets, in cars, on campgrounds, under bridges, or in similar places. The information gathered is used at the local, state, and federal levels to allocate resources for individuals and households requiring homelessness assistance.
Training will be provided to fully prepare volunteers to engage with people experiencing homelessness and administer the survey.
